Route
Narayantar (Jorpati) - Bhotechaur - Melamchi - Tipeni - Dhap - Raithane - Manekharka - Bhotang [by bus, Aama Hyolmo Yatayat(make sure you book tickets a day before your journey)]
Bhotang - Chimdi - Nasimpati - Lauribina - Pachpokhari (trek 11-15 hours)

Day 1
Narayantar (Jorpati) - Bhotechaur - Melamchi - Tipeni - Dhap - Raithane - Manekharka - Bhotang (by bus)
[Due to landslides and extreme road conditions buses may only go upto Melamchi, from there you can find 4x4 trucks to Bhotang]

Day 2
Bhotang - Chimdi - Nasimpati (8-10 hours trek)

Day 3
Nasimpati - Lauribina - Panchpokhari (3-5 hours)
additional, Panchpokhari - Dudhpokhari (45min - 1 hr)

Day 4
To Bhotang

Day 5
To Kathmandu

You can shorten your trek days by returning back to Nasimpati the same day you reach Panchpokhari.

-Cultural Tamang Dance
-Jugal Mountain ranges
-Different wild flora and fauna
-Waterfalls
-Melamchi river
-Inflow of Indrawati River as Waterfall from Panchpokhari, etc etc
-Shamans performing their Rituals

Food and Accomodation :-
There are limited hotels in Bhotang and Nasimpati and no hotels in Panchpokhari, but you will find plastic tents all over route, including Panchpokhari as accomodation. They will provide food also.

-Warm Clothes
-Good trekking Shoes
-If you're allergic to leeches, carry some salt
-Devotees offer 2 corn hogs and Incense Sticks to god
-Raincoat or Umbrella
-Energy bars
-Water bottles, etc etc

Token from Panchpokhari :-
People often bring holywater, incense leaf and log as a token back from there(धुपीको पात, हाँगा अनि स्साना मुडाहरु)

Also don't forget to worship Raithane Lake and Temple after your trek to Panchpokhari.

Locals also believe that you shouldn't look back to Panchpokhari till Lauribina, after you leave that holy place.
